Eutierria Festival

Web Design . Branding . Illustration . Social Media . Print Design

According to studies done by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources,  the average participant at a public event generates massive amounts of waste at 2.5 pounds per day. For my undergraduate senior project I created Eutierria Art and Music Festival. The event aims to educate visitors and artists to make intentional decisions regarding  their consumption habits. Eutierria makes learning about sustainability easy and fun through workshops and classes, mixed in with all the other events.

The main deliverable for this project is the website which houses all of the festival information, schedules, artists and vendor registration. Other digital assests such as social media serve to holistically engage with the community to further educate them on actions they can take to be more sustainable. Ideally, all print items created for the event are created out of recycled or repurposed materials and used not only to communicate information but as art itself, so that they have a life beyond the festival.

Website

Eutierria’s website was designed in Figma. Brand elements are applied consistenly throughout with classical and modern art is imagery.

Social Media

Instagram posts were designed and curated to give the brand a more casual voice and educate the audience.

Tote Bags

Custom illustrations were created in Adobe Illustrator then screen printed on recycled fabric. Afterwards the fabric was attached to three different colors of bags.
